1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1 can sliced black olives
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
2 sliced green onions
1 diced green pepper
1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
Directions: Cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces; add black olives, mushrooms, onions, and green pepper in medium sized bowl. Add Italian dressing and stir well. Let marinate for several hours or overnight is best. Keep in refrigerator.
Notes: You may use fresh mushrooms or other vegetables to your taste.
