Apricot Salad

2 (small) packages orange gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained, reserving juice)
10 large marshmallows (cut up)
1 cup pineapple juice (add water if needed)
1 cup apricot juice (drained from fruit)
1 (27 oz.) can apricots (mashed and drained)
1 beaten egg
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup whipped cream
grated cheese

Directions: Combine the orange gelatin, boiling water, juice, apricots, pineapple and marshmallows and let set until firm. Combine the juice, egg, flour, butter and sugar and cook until thick. Allow to cool. Fold in whipped cream (you can use 1 1/2 cups of whipped to
