Fiesta Corn Salad

Ingredients:
1 onion, finely chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 can diced green chiles
1 can diced ripe olives
2 ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
1 large package frozen corn, thawed
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon bottled hot sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
pepper, to taste





Directions: Combine onion, red pepper, green chiles, olives, avocados and corn. Mix sour cream, cilantro, garlic, hot sauce, chili powder, olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Pour over corn mixture. Chill before serving.
