Zucchini and Corn

Ingredients:
2 medium zucchini, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 cup corn, drained
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon thyme
2 eggs
2/3 cup powdered milk













Directions: Cook zucchini in small amount of water until done, drain and mash. Add 1 cup corn, drained, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano and thyme. Beat 2 eggs, add 2/3 cup powdered milk and mix well. Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until set at 350° F.
