Orange Tapioca

4 cups water
1 pinch salt
1/3 cup baby pearl tapioca
2/3 cup sugar
4 oranges, cut up OR
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained, OR
1 can lite fruit cocktail
1 (3 oz.) package orange gelatin

Directions: In a medium saucepan bring water to a boil; add salt. Add tapioca and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat; add jello and sugar. Sit until dissolved. Refrigerate until set. Stir well, then add oranges (or mandarin oranges, drained or fruit cocktail, no
