Holiday Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:
3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspooon vanilla

Topping
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soft margarine
1/2 cup flour
1 cup pecans, chopped








Directions: Mix together first sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, margarine, milk and vanilla. Put in slightly greased 9x9 inch baking pan or glass baking dish. Blend topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes. Bake 350°F 35 or 40 minutes, or until heated th
