Runza Casserole (Bierock)

Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 (small) head cabbage or 1 can sauerkraut
2 containers crescent rolls
shredded Cheddar cheese
onion powder (to taste)
garlic powder (to taste)
salt and pepper (to taste)












Directions: Brown ground beef and season with onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper. Drain off fat. Add soup and cabbage (or the sauerkraut). Cook until cabbage is tender. Unroll 1 can of the crescent rolls in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Pour half of ground beef mixture over the rolls. Sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese. Add rest of ground beef mixture and sprinkle with rest of the shredded cheese. Unroll other can of crescent rolls on top. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.
