Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup milk
4 tablespoons margarine
1 egg, beaten
5 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons yeast
1 lb. ground beef
2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
4 medium carrots, scrubbed and sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes



Directions: Add water, milk, margarine, egg, flour, sugar, salt and yeast in bread pan for bread machine in order directed by manufacturer. Set machine on dough cycle. Brown ground beef and drain. Boil potatoes, carrots, onions and salt in enough water to cover until tender, approximately 15 minutes. Mix 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup flour together and add to vegetables, stirring constantly until thickened as stew. Add seasonings. Cool slightly. When dough is raised, divide in half. Roll out each half into a 16x16 inch square. Dough should be about 1/4 inch thick. Cut with pizza cutter into squares about 4x4 inch. Put about 2 tablespoons of stew mixture on center of each square. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges together to seal. Place on greased cookie sheet. Use a fork or paring knife to poke air vents in top of each. Bake in 400°F oven for 12 to 15 minutes until browned.
