1 pound ground beef, thawed
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup peppers, diced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk (or water)
1 (8 oz.) package frozen sweet corn
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can green beans
1 (2 lb.) package tater tots
1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
Directions: Brown ground beef with onion and peppers, drain if necessary. Add cream of mushroom soup and milk, stirring to completely mix in soup. Add corn and green beans, gently stirring to mix. Pour into a 13x9 inch pan, cover top with tater tots and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes or until bubbly.
Notes: This recipe is a good, complete meal to serve during the cold winter months.
