Ingredients:
4 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate
2 cups chocolate chips
1/3 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions: Melt chocolate squares, 1 cup chocolate chips and butter. Cool for about 10 minutes. Mix in separate bowl for 2 minutes, sugar and eggs. Beat in vanilla and chocolate mixture. Combine flour, baking cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in remaining 1 cup of chocolate chips. Cover and chill at least 3 hours. Roll dough into 1 inch balls with floured hands. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes. Dust with confectioners sugar.
