1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 (3 oz ) package red cherry gelatin
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Directions: Drain pineapple into measuring cup, add water to make a full cup, heat to boiling, stir in gelatin until dissolved. Beat in cranberry sauce and lemon juice. Chill until egg white consistency. Add cottage cheese, pineapple, celery and nuts. Pour into bowl and chill.
