Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups cornmeal
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 (large) onions
1/2 pound margarine, melted
6 (large) eggs
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
3 cups buttermilk
1 (large) stalk of celery
1 can broth or cream of mushroom soup

Directions: Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, soda, salt, onions, margarine, eggs, black pepper, poultry seasoning, buttermilk and celery. Add enough buttermilk to make a soft batter. Pour in to 2 well greased 9x13 inch baking pans. Bake at 400°F for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and stir to crumble. Pour broth or soup over dry dressing until moist. Return to oven and brown. Serve with baked chicken or turkey.
