Ingredients:
1 (small ) box apricot gelatin
1 (small ) can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 (4 oz.) container whipped topping
4 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/3 cup nuts, chopped (optional)

Directions: Combine gelatin, sugar and pineapple, bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve gelatin. Let cool, add buttermilk and topping. Chill in refrigerator.
