Ingredients:
1 (18.25 oz.) box white cake mix
1 package instant chocolate pudding, dry
1 tablespoon oil
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup evaporated milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1-1/3 cups coconut

Directions: Combine ingredients, beat well for 3 minutes. Pour into oiled 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes. To prepare frosting combine evaporated milk, egg yolks, 1 teaspoon vanilla, sugar and butter. In sauce pan cook until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in coconut and nuts. Beat and spread on cake.
