Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes
6 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) jar sweet relish
3 tablespoons dill pickle relish
1 to 2 tablespoons mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 to 2 cups salad dressing

Directions: Boil eggs in cold water and cook 20 minutes until hard boiled. Then peel the egg shell off. Wash potatoes off and cook until they are done. Dice eggs, potatoes and onion in small chunks. Then add one small jar of sweet relish, dill relish, salt, vinegar, mustard and salad dressing. Mix it up and stir well. Chill overnight.
