Ingredients:
4 slices ham
3 cups potatoes, cubed, peeled
1 can chicken broth
1 small carrot, grated
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Directions: In a large saucepan, put potatoes, broth, carrots, onion, parsley, celery and salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Add milk, cream, ham and cheese to soup. Bring to a boil and stir for 2 minutes.
