Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup margarine
2 cups sour cream (at room temp.)
1/3 cup green onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons margarine

Directions: Butter a 2 quart casserole. Cook potatoes in skins, cool and peel. Coarsely shred. In pan over low heat, combine cheese and 1/4 cup margarine, stirring until almost melted. Remove from heat and blend in sour cream, onions, salt and pepper. Add potatoes, s
