Ingredients:
4 cups yellow squash, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 cups corn bread stuffing mix
1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions: Boil squash until soft, drain well. Squash can be microwaved for four minutes until soft. Add onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Mix well. Mix cornbread stuffing mix and butter. Layer 1/2 of stuffing mixture in bottom of a baking dish. Add squash mixture
