Ingredients:
1 lb. package mostaccoli noodles
1 medium onion
1 medium cucumber
1/2 cup salad oil
1 1/2 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon parsley

Directions: Cook noodles (not too soft). Drain but dont rinse. Cut onion and peeled cucumber. Put in blender with all other ingredients. Blend well. Pour over hot noodles and let set overnight. It will be soupy. Stir well before serving. Keeps 1 week in refrigerator
