Ingredients:
4 cups chicken or turkey cooked and cut into bite size pieces
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips

Directions: Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, onion, soup, mayonnaise, and chestnuts mix thoroughly to blend. Spread evenly in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top chicken mixture with cheese and potato chips. Place in oven and reduce heat to 350°F. Bake about 30 minutes. Do not allow sauce to bubble as it will separate. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
