Ingredients:
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 teaspoons minced green onions
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon corn starch
1 (12 oz.) package won ton skins

Directions: Combine ingredients into uniform mixture. Place about 1/2 teaspoon of mixture in the center of won ton skin. Moisten edges of skin with water. Deep fry at 375°F until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Makes 40 to 50.
