Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups cubed turkey
1 1/2 cups sour cream (divided)
3 teaspoons taco seasoning (divided)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 (6 oz.) cups shredded Cheddar cheese (divided)
1 (small) chopped onion
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
10 (7 inch) flour tortillas
lettuce, tomato, salsa

Directions: Combine turkey, 1/2 cup sour cream 1 1/2 teaspoons taco seasoning, 1/2 can of soup, 1 cup cheese, onion and salsa. Place 1/3 cup of filling on each tortilla. Roll up and place seam side down in a greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Combine remaining sour cream, taco seasoning and soup and pour over tortillas. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted. Serve on shredded lettuce topped with diced tomatoes and additional salsa. Serves 5 to 6.
