Ingredients:
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons water
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 lbs. pecan halves

Directions: Mix all ingredients, except nuts. Pour over nuts and toss until thoroughly coated. Spray a 15x10 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spread pecans as thinly as possible. Bake at 250°F for 30 minutes. Toss nuts and bake 20 minutes more. Cool and store in a closed container.
