Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients:
1/4 lb margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 medium bananas, mashed
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons sour milk
1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
1/2 cup nuts, chopped coarsely











Directions: Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and bananas, mix well. Mix flour and baking soda together, add half of flour mixture to creamed mixture, mix well. Add sour milk, remaining flour mixture and nuts. Bake in loaf pan at 325°F for 60 to 75 minutes. This makes 1 large loaf or 2 smaller loaves.
