Chocolate Chuflay

Ingredients:
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
3 tablespoons cold water
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup milk
2 cups heavy cream
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tablespooon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups marshmallows










Directions: Melt chocolate over hot water, sprinkle gelatin over 3 tablespoons cold water. When chocolate is melted, stir in powdered sugar. Heat milk until skim on top. Stir in chocolate mixture until almost boiling, remove from heat; add gelatin, sugar, salt and vanilla. Chill until thick; beat until light. Beat cream and mix with chocolate mixture and marshmallows. Freeze.
