Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
5 cups potatoes, cubed and cooked
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 cup onion
2 teaspoons salt
garlic to taste
paprika to taste
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated











Directions: Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic and salt. Stir in potatoes. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese and paprika. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
