Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 egg
2 cups zucchini squash, grated
2/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions: Mix all ingredients together. Bake in greased and floured 11x15 jelly roll pan at 350°F for 20 minutes.
Notes: Very quick and easy. They are so moist. You can frost them, but they never last long enough to be frosted!
