Ingredients:
2 (small) boxes lime gelatin
4 cups hot water
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 container whipped topping
1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
3 tablespoons flour
1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions: Dissolve gelatin in water. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Cool until it starts to set. Drain pineapple, saving juice. Chill until firm. Mix whipped topping and cream cheese together and spread on top of gelatin mixture. Set aside. Add enough water to juice to make 1 1/2 cups of liquid. Stir in sugar, egg yolks, flour and salt. Cook together until thick. Cool and pour on top.
