Crispy Baked Onion Rings

Ingredients:
2 (large) onions
1 (7 oz.) package Corn Flakes cereal, crushed
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup egg substitute














Directions: Cut each onion into 4 thick slices, crosswise. Separate into rings.(Reserve small rings for other uses.) Combine Corn Flakes, salt sugar and paprika. Beat egg substitute until soft peaks form. Dip onion rings and dredge in crumbs. Place in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 350°F about 15 minutes or until crisp. Serves 4.
