Ingredients:
1 package vanilla pudding
1 cup dark corn syrup
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 egg, beaten
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions: Mix together pudding mix and corn syrup. Add evaporated milk, egg and pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes.
Notes: You can cut a round circle of tin foil to cover the out side edge of the crust so it does not get too brown. This is a family favorite.
