Ingredients:
1 stick margarine
1 box corn bread mix
1 egg
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
1 cup sour cream

Directions: Melt margarine in casserole dish. Add corn bread mix, egg, whole kernel corn, creamed corn and sour cream. Stir until well mixed. Bake at 325°F for 45 - 60 minutes or until solid in center.
