Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup margarine
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup walnuts, chopped
4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions: Drain the juice of the crushed pineapple into a cup, sometimes you will need a little bit of the juice if the batter is to dry. Cream shortening and sugar. Sift together dry ingredients and add alternately with pineapple. Fold in nuts and flavoring. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet. Bake at 400°F for 17 minutes.
