Frosty White Bars

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups coconut
1 1/4 cups pecans, finely chopped
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar










Directions: Melt 1 cup butter in saucepan. Stir in sugar, egg and milk. Bring to boil over low heat. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and stir in coconut, pecans and crumbs. Cover bottom of 13x9x2 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Spread mixture over this and place another layer of whole graham crackers on top. Soften remaining butter in bowl; add evaporated milk, vanilla and powdered sugar. Beat until fluffy. Spread and smooth over crackers and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Cover pan and refrigerate. Next day cut into small bite-size squares. Can be frozen.
