Beer Bread

Ingredients:
3 cups self-rising flour
6 tablespoons sugar
1 can beer, room temperature

















Directions: Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a well greased loaf pan. Let set 5 minutes. Bake at 350°F oven for 45 minutes. Smear butter on top, bake another 15 minutes.

Notes: This makes a very heavy moist loaf of bread. It is so good and simple to make. The alcohol cooks off during baking.
