Diabetic Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients:
16 graham crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons margarine
1 (6 oz.) package cream cheese
8 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
2 tablespoons skim milk
3/4 cup sugar or artificial sweetener
1 container whipped topping













Directions: Crust: Melt margarine and mix with cracker crumbs. Pat into bottom of 9 inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Let cool to room temperature. Filling: Combine sweetener, peanut butter, cream cheese and milk. Mix until smooth. Fold in prepared whipped topping. Pour into cooled crust. 8 servings.
