Strawberries

Ingredients:
1 (large) bag coconut
1 can condensed milk
2 (large) boxes strawberry gelatin
green frosting
















Directions: gelatin together until thoroughly blended. Pour remaining box of gelatin onto plate or pie tin. Shape into 1 inch balls then roll into strawberry shapes (round with one end coming to a point). Slightly flatten top of larger end. Roll shapes in remaining gelatin. Allow to set up. Using green frosting, make a leaf shape on the flattened end. Store in a cool dry place, with waxed paper between layers.

Notes: They are very sweet, and a favorite at weddings.
