1 yellow cake mix
1 (small) can mandarin oranges
1 can crushed pineapple
1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping
2 (small) packages vanilla pudding
Directions: Drain pineapple; add juice from the pineapple and mandarin oranges with juice to the cake mix. Mix cake per instructions on box and bake. Let cake cool. Mix whipped topping, vanilla pudding mix (powder only) and crushed pineapple with a mixer on medium for 2 minutes. Spread mixture over cake and refrigerate.
Notes: This is a very moist, heavy cake.
