Zucchini Bars (Johnathan Bars)

Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup raisins
2 1/2 cups wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
2 cups zucchini, shredded and unpealed
1 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cloves
4 cups powdered sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

1 tablespoon butter

Directions: Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan. In large bowl combine sugar, raisins, oil, eggs, zucchini and vanilla. Blend well by hand. Stir in remaining ingredients. Blend well. Pour into greased pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Mix frosting ingredients together. Powdered sugar, cream cheese, milk, vanilla and butter. Spread over bars.

Notes: My brother had given me a wheat grinder so I ground some flour out of hard red winter wheat and it went over so big, thats how I make it now.
