Hot Cheese Dip

Ingredients:
2 lbs. processed American cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
pepper, to taste
garlic salt, to taste
1 medium onion, diced
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can hot jalapeño relish
3 large ripe tomatoes, chopped











Directions: Melt cheese in double boiler. Brown ground beef and sausage. Season with pepper and garlic salt to taste. Drain fat from meat and discard. Add meat to cheese. Add chopped onion, chiles and jalapeño relish. Keep warm in crockpot, do not scorch or boil. Just before serving, add tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips.
