Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
2/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
meringue or whipped topping

Directions: In a saucepan beat egg yolk until foamy. Add sugar, salt, flour and 1/4 cup buttermilk. Stir until smooth. Then add remaining buttermilk, stir until smooth. Cook over medium heat until thick. Pour into a baked pie shell. Cover with meringue or whipped topping.
