Green Chili

Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
4 tablespoons lard
4 tablespoons flour
1 pint green chili
1 (small) can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1/4 tablespoon oregano
water (enough to make gravy)












Directions: Cut pork chops into small pieces, fry in lard until brown. Drain fat from pan saving 4 tablespoons. Add flour, green chili, sauce, garlic salt, oregano and mix well. Then add 2 cups lukewarm water and bring to a boil. As it thickens add 1/2 cup water each time until you have reached the desired thickness.
