Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
1 (3 oz.) package butterscotch pudding mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
3 apples, diced with skin
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup peanuts

Directions: Stir together whipped topping and dry pudding mix. Add remaining ingredients and lightly mix together. Refrigerate.
Notes: A quick, delicious salad to make.
