Confetti Corn

Ingredients:
6 to 8 strips bacon
1 clove garlic
1 large onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small red pepper, chopped
6 teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 cups picante sauce
2 (16 oz.) packages frozen corn












Directions: Fry 6 to 8 strips bacon in large fry pan until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside. In fry pan with bacon grease, add all ingredients in order. Heat thoroughly and add crumbled up bacon. Can be transferred to crockpot for easier serving. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips.
