Blueberry Salad

Ingredients:
2 (3 oz.) packages grape gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 (21oz.) can blueberry pie filling
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup sour cream
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla












Directions: In a large bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stir in blueberry pie filling, add pineapple with the juice. Pour into a 9X13 inch shallow baking dish. Let set until firm. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and vanilla, pour over first mixture. When it is set add chopped pecans.
