1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin pie filling
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
Directions: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add pie filling, cinnamon and ginger and beat well.
Cover and chill for 8 hours. Serve with gingersnaps and crisp apple and pear slices.
Makes 3 cups.
Notes: This is a family favorite throughout all
the holidays and thereafter. The spicy flavor of the pumpkin dip tastes just like pumpkin pie.
