Broccoli-Bacon Salad

Ingredients:
1 (small) bunch broccoli, chopped
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 (medium) red onion, chopped
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar












Directions: Mix the veggies, sunflower seeds and bacon all together in a large bowl. In a small bowl stir together the mayo, sugar and vinegar. Pour over the vegetable mixture and toss gently. Chill or serve immediately.

Notes: Turkey bacon works well, too. As does the low fat mayonnaise.
