Cheesecake

Ingredients:
20 graham crackers
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 pound cream cheese
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla













Directions: Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter and 1/2 cup sugar. Reserve 1/2 cup mixture for the top. Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes. Soften cream cheese with mixer; beat until smooth, adding 1/2 cup sugar and eggs. Pour into shell and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes; cool. Combine sour cream, 1 1/2 cups sugar and vanilla. Pour gently over cheese cake. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over the top. Bake 10 minutes longer; cool. Chill for 24 hours before serving. Yields 20 servings.
