All-Bran Rolls

1 cup All-Bran cereal
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup boiling water
2 packages yeast
1 cup lukewarm water
2 eggs
6 cups white flour

Directions: Mix All-Bran, vegetable oil, sugar and salt. Add 1 cup boiling water; let cool to lukewarm. Dissolve 2 packages yeast in 1 additional cup lukewarm water. Add 2 beaten eggs to yeast mixture. Add 3 cups white flour and beat with wooden spoon. Add 3 more cups white flour. Knead mixture. Store in refrigerator until needed and knead. Shape into rolls and let rise (takes extra time because mixture is cold). Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. Does best if dough is refrigerated. Makes about 3 dozen.
