Ingredients:
arm roast (any size)
1 (medium) onion, chopped
1 (medium) green pepper, chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/4 to 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 (28 to 30 oz.) can/ jar any type spaghetti sauce
salt and pepper
5 to 15 sliced, fresh mushrooms

Directions: Trim fat from meat, then brown roast, onions, peppers and garlic in open pressure cooker. Add spices,mushrooms, sugar and spaghetti sauce, and apply lid to pressure cooker. Cook on low heat, with pressure regulator rocking slowly for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on size of roast. Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles, with meat on the side. ,Recipe can be modified according to taste or need; more or less sugar, spices or garlic. An additional can of sauce can be added to "stretch" the recipe, as the flavor of the meat will permeate the sauce.
