Chocolate Cups

Ingredients:
3 cups cream
1 cup butter
3 cups sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup all-purpose flour, as needed
ice cream cups














Directions: Mix cream, butter, sugar and cocoa. Cook over medium heat until thick. Mix in flour. Pour into ice cream cups. Let stand until cool. Serve.
